Join Our Team as a 1st Line IT Support Technician!

At Hesley, we’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused 1st Line IT Support Technician to keep our organisation running smoothly. If you love solving problems and helping people, this is your chance to make a real impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver responsive, effective first-line technical support across the organisation.
  • Ensure timely resolution of IT issues and maintain high levels of user satisfaction.
  • Support the smooth operation of Microsoft 365 technologies, core IT systems, and hardware.
  • Establish system documentation to provide support for the organisation.
  • Undertake key IT operational processes in a timely and accurate manner.

What We’re Looking For

About You

 The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

 Education:

  • 5 GCSEs (grades A*-C / 9-4 or equivalent), including English Language and Maths

 Experience & Skills:

  • Proven experience in a 1st Line IT Support role (or similar)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks

 Technical Knowledge:

  • Experience with Active Directory, Windows OS, and basic networking principles

 Personal Attributes:

  • A customer-first mindset with a calm, professional approach under pressure
  • Willingness to travel regularly to sites across Yorkshire
