A Support Worker is responsible for providing people who use our services with high quality, safe and compassionate healthcare, care and physical and emotional support. You will work as part of a team to maintain a stable, happy and caring environment that ensures the health, safety and welfare of the person you support is an absolute priority. Regular and punctual attendance is a basic and essential requirement as is the need to be professional and a good role model.
It is not important to have qualifications or previous experience as we provide all employees with learning and development opportunities and all support workers gain a qualification usually within 12 months of commencing employment.
