About The Role

Earn £12.60 - £13.53 per hour as a Support Worker!

Here at Low Laithes part of the Hesley Group, we have the opportunity you have been looking for. We are looking for positive and engaging Support Workers to join our team where we support people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs including behaviours that may challenge.
 
The role involves supporting people to make them as independent as possible together with support to access new experiences. You will enjoy days out to the seaside, cinema trips and other exciting activities that the people we support enjoy. 
 
Our excellent training will ensure that you are fully equipped to be the best Support Worker that you can be. You will be joining a team whose focus is to provide support of the highest quality, safeguard and promote the needs of the people we support and you will be joining a company who values its employees.
 
Hours of work - Full time average of 36 hours per week
Weekdays:   Earlies 07:30 – 14:45,   Lates 13:15 – 21:45
Weekends:   Earlies 07:30 – 13:45,   Lates 13:15 – 21:45
 

Working a flexible rota is beneficial to the people we support and staff because it allows a level of freedom to meet a work life balance whilst still providing person centred care rotas. Our shift patterns offer staff an opportunity to work varied hours or shifts per week. The benefits for the people we support are that they receive support from engaged and motivated staff.

About You
