We are looking for Female Support Workers to join our specialist, residential service at Copperclay Mews in Easingwold. We have a number of female individuals who require female support workers as this may involve supporting with personal and intimate care.

A career as a Support Worker is incredibly rewarding, challenging and offers a level of job satisfaction you won’t find elsewhere. You will be joining a team whose focus is to provide support of the highest quality, safeguard and promote the needs of the people we support. 

You will be supporting people with autism and complex needs with their daily routines and helping them access new experiences.  

We are looking for Female Support Workers who have a ‘can do’ attitude, outgoing and caring but have a calm demeanor when needed. You don’t have to have experience but just the right attitude and share our values. We will ensure you receive first class training when you join us and throughout your career at Hesley Group. We will support you to become a Qualified Support Worker and beyond! You will be joining a company who values its employees.
 
You will have a fixed rota of 4 days on and 2 days off with a combination of morning and afternoon shifts. 
Shift times are:
Earlies: 07:15-14:45
Afters: 14:15 - 21:45

About You

You don't need to have experience as long as you have a positive attitude and want to improve the lives of those with a learning disability, we will support you with progression opportunities throughout your career with us. We will support you through your Level 2 qualification so you become a fully qualified Support Worker
