About The Role

This is an exciting time to join Hesley Group as we develop and grow the organisation and embed a culture of excellence across all services and support functions.

The Hesley Group is a specialist provider of education, care and support services for people with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs. We are committed to creating safe, welcoming and person-centred environments that enable the people we support to thrive.

We are looking to recruit an experienced and motivated Approved Electrician to join our Estates and Facilities Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality electrical maintenance, compliance and project work while making a real difference in a specialist care environment.

As an Approved Electrician, you will be responsible for maintaining electrical systems across a portfolio of education and residential care services. You will undertake planned and reactive maintenance, electrical testing and inspection, fault finding, minor installation projects, and support wider estates improvement programmes.

The role also involves coordinating contractors, managing stock and resources, supporting compliance requirements, and ensuring all works are delivered safely, efficiently and with minimal disruption to the people we support. As we have multiple sites there will be an expectation to maintain all sites.
