Trainer

Hesley Group are recruiting a Trainer to join the busy Workforce Development Team. As a Trainer, you will have responsibility for developing the competence of its employees by participating in the development, delivery and evaluation of learning and development events, with particular reference to induction, mandatory and continuing professional development events.

You will be delivering training to internal employees but in particular to new inductees joining the group, so the ability to provide an excellent first impression for all new employees who join the Hesley Group will be essential.  You will ensure that all training delivered is a positive experience by supporting them through Induction and throughout their development with the Hesley Group.

• Ideally you will be an experienced trainer and hold a qualification relevant to care, nursing or education.
  
  
• It would be advantageous if you hold a formal AET qualification or equivalent

• You will need to plan, co-ordinate and deliver training activities, so the ability to positively influence, enable and motivate individuals through training and development is paramount.

• This role requires flexibility within hours of work and location so as to meet the training needs of all groups of staff.  It is therefore essential that you have the ability to travel between establishments as required by the role.
